These Terms of Supply set out the basis on which Blue Strip Hospitality manufactures and supplies hospitality linen. They apply to quotes, orders and deliveries unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Prices are provided by quotation and are confirmed at the time of order. An order is confirmed once accepted by us and payment terms are met. Product specifications, sizes, colours and quantities are as stated on your confirmed quote.
Orders are confirmed on an advance payment basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and delivery charges unless stated.
Orders are subject to minimum order quantities, which vary by product and are confirmed on your quote. Custom-size and branded orders carry their own minimums.
Custom sizes and your-brand labelling are produced to your approved specification. Branding carries a one-time label setup charge with a minimum label quantity. As custom and branded goods are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for return or cancellation once production has begun.
Standard in-stock orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 days. Custom sizes, special colours or branded labelling may extend the timeline; the expected date is confirmed on your quote. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.
Every batch is checked in-house for weight (GSM), shrinkage and colourfastness before dispatch. We recommend reviewing physical samples before bulk orders. Slight variation in colour between on-screen images, samples and bulk production can occur and is normal for textiles.
Please inspect goods on delivery. Any claim for shortage, damage or defect should be raised promptly, within a reasonable period of receipt, with supporting details so we can resolve it fairly.
Standard stock items may be addressed on a case-by-case basis where a genuine defect is established. Custom-made and branded goods are non-returnable (see section 4).
